A critical factor in the continuing economic development and population growth along the ?Colorado Front Range is the water resource base. Accompanying the transfer of agricultural land to urban uses is the increasing domestic demand for water which has been used for irrigation. This is an updating of earlier studies done in 1974 and 1979. It is concerned with the municipal, industrial, and rural use of water in the northern Front Range area. Specifically, analysis is directed toward the pricing and delivery of water through municipal and rural-domestic water systems.
