Mike Ronayne joined CSU's Department of Geosciences in October 2008. He received an M.S. in Hydrology from the University of Arizona and a Ph.D. in Hydrogeology from Stanford University. Prior to his doctoral studies, he was a consultant working on environmental and water management projects throughout the western U.S. Dr. Ronayne's current research is focused in the areas of groundwater resources analysis, hydrologic inverse modeling, chemical transport in aquifers, and geostatistics. He uses a variety of field data and quantitative models to understand hydrologic processes in the subsurface.
